Euroderm Foam Plus 10×10 cm – 10 pcs/box

Euroderm Foam Plus is the practical evolution of traditional foam dressings. It is an “All-in-one” island dressing, consisting of an absorbent foam pad surrounded by skin-friendly “adhesive borders,” eliminating the need for secondary tapes or bandages for fixation. Designed to absorb exudate effectively, it provides complete isolation of the wound from water and external bacteria, making it ideal for areas where securing standard dressings is difficult.

Description

Why Choose Euroderm Foam Plus?
Self-Adhesive: Thanks to its adhesive borders, it is ready for immediate use and does not require extra tape or gauze, saving time and effort.
Absorption & Breathability: The foam pad absorbs excess fluid while the outer layer allows moisture to evaporate, preventing skin maceration and maintaining an optimal healing environment.
Protective Barrier: The outer layer is waterproof and bacteria-proof, allowing the patient to shower without needing to change the dressing.
Comfort & Conformability: It flexibly conforms to body contours (such as elbows, knees, or heels) and provides a cushion against friction and pressure.

Select: Choose a size where the foam pad (not just the adhesive) covers the entire wound.
Open: Partially peel back the protective release liner.
Apply: Place the dressing so the foam pad is directly over the wound, then gently smooth the adhesive borders onto the healthy skin without stretching.
Seal: Run your hand over the edges to ensure a tight seal and prevent leakage.
Change: Change the dressing when the foam saturation approaches the edges (can remain in place for 5-7 days depending on exudate amount).
