HOW TO USE?
(For Professionals & Caregivers)
Warning: Ensure the wound is cleaned thoroughly before applying the dressing.
Clean: Wash the wound with saline solution and gently dry the surrounding skin.
Measure: Select a size of Euroderm Foam that covers the wound completely with an overlap of approximately 2 cm on the edges.
Apply: Place the soft absorbent side directly onto the wound (the smooth or colored outer layer faces up).
Secure:
If the dressing is Non-Adhesive: Secure it using medical tape, a bandage, or gauze.
If it is the Adhesive Border version: Peel off the backing and secure the adhesive edges to the healthy skin.
Change: Change the dressing when the foam is saturated with exudate (it can remain in place for several days depending on fluid levels).
